Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Please note: The Lost Spring is a special place for adults. Children over 14 and younger than 18 are permitted in our Geo-Thermal pools but must be accompanied by an adult. We do not provide Day Spa treatments to children under 16.

• Monetary Gift vouchers are valid for the New Zealand dollar amount displayed on the Voucher and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
• Gift Vouchers made out for a specific item, treatment or package, may be used as a monetary amount towards any product or available service at The Lost Spring.
• A Gift Voucher recipient may redeem two or more separate gift Vouchers in one transaction.
• Gift Vouchers made out for Day Spa Treatments, or Day Spa Packages will need to be booked in advance. Once you have received your voucher please contact our Day Spa Reservations on dayspa@thelostspring.co.nz or phone our Day Spa Desk on +64 (0) 7 866 0456 Ext 2to book your treatment. Please have your voucher number on hand when booking your treatment. Gift vouchers do not provide guaranteed entry into the Day Spa.  All treatment bookings are subject to availability. 
• If the amount of the voucher is less than the total value of the purchase, the voucher recipient will be asked to pay the balance. Any remaining balances on monetary vouchers, can be used towards payment or part-payment of products or services used if the voucher is still valid.
• Gift Voucher bookings not cancelled 24 hours prior to booking time, will entitle us to deduct up to the full value of the gift Voucher as a cancellation fee.

Delivery

• Gift Vouchers are delivered by email to the email address nominated by the purchaser. Some email accounts may categorize our emails as 'spam' email, so we do recommend that you check your spam box if the voucher does not come up in your inbox 20 minutes after you purchase.
• The Gift Voucher recipient accepts full responsibility for the safekeeping of the Gift Voucher.

Expiry

• All Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
• Gift Voucher expiry dates cannot be extended under any circumstances.
• The value of the Gift Voucher should be used before the expiry date. Any unused value will not be refunded and will become the property The Lost Spring upon expiry.

Lost/ Stolen Gift Vouchers

• The Lost Spring accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or fraudulent Gift Vouchers or their unauthorized use.
• The guest may contact the property directly to report a lost/stolen Gift Voucher. The Lost Spring will endeavour to reissue the voucher if it has not already been redeemed. Reissue of the voucher is subject to proof of original purchase, validity of the voucher, proof of identity of the purchaser & recipient, circumstances of the loss & the discretion of the property.

Redemption

• All Gift Vouchers need to be presented at reception in order to be redeemed, we cannot redeem vouchers based on just a voucher number. 

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

• Purchase of any TLS Voucher indicates the customers’ acceptance of all terms and conditions.
